The Software Development Engineer role on the SES Command team focuses on creating intuitive and scalable solutions for email management. Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support next-generation configuration and onboarding experiences for SES.
- Build natural language interfaces that replace complex APIs for resource management.
- Produce robust, efficient, and maintainable code at the scale of millions of customer resources.
- Work on problems at the intersection of AI/ML, distributed systems, and customer experience.
- Challenge existing processes and explore changes to meet evolving customer needs.
- Participate in setting the vision and roadmap for unified configuration experiences.
- Drive algorithm and architecture design for AI-powered tooling.
