• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience

• Own significant portions of the product and influence strategy by defining new product features and system architecture
• Design and develop services that process millions of transactions in a secure environment
• Work on complex system software with a focus on customer-centric solutions
• Collaborate with both business and technical partners to achieve operational excellence
• Mentor and lead teams while driving innovation in a fast-paced environment
