The Senior Geotechnical Engineer will lead geotechnical tasks and project delivery for various medium- to large-scale civil infrastructure projects, primarily in the water and transportation sectors. This role is based in Bellevue, Washington, and requires collaboration with a large interdisciplinary design team. The engineer will mentor less experienced staff and engage with clients to support business development efforts. The position emphasizes technical expertise in geotechnical engineering and the ability to advance the capabilities of the regional and global geotechnical group.

• B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
• M.S/Ph.D. in Geotechnical Engineering
• 15 years of geotechnical consulting experience with a focus on heavy infrastructure projects
• PE license
• 10 or more years of geotechnical design experience in the dams market preferred

• Lead the delivery of geotechnical tasks on a variety of projects.
• Mentor less experienced staff in geotechnical engineering.
• Develop and implement geotechnical data collection programs and analyses.
• Prepare technical reports and contract documents.
• Provide support during project construction and interact with clients.
