The Staff Water Engineer role at Arcadis involves supporting and growing the Water team in Clifton Park, NY. The engineer will leverage their expertise to deliver design work for water and wastewater clients across North America. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge and project management skills to ensure effective communication and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team. The engineer will also engage in fieldwork activities and contribute to the resolution of technical issues on projects.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an appropriate area of engineering
• Valid driver's license with the ability to commute to project sites
• 4 years of experience in engineering
• EIT Certification
• Preferred: New York PE License

• Evaluate, plan, design, and support management of projects for water and wastewater treatment and conveyance.
• Complete technical reports with guidance from senior team members.
• Conduct occasional fieldwork activities such as site visits and construction inspections.
• Manage tasks as a project resource to meet budget, timeframe, and quality objectives.
• Carry out investigations and analyses to support the development of technical solutions.
