• 1 year of experience working with agile, waterfall, or hybrid development approaches.
• 1 year of experience managing complex projects and implementing process improvements.
• 1 year of experience summarizing and communicating complex technical situations for executive audiences.
• 1 year of experience utilizing understanding of software development processes and hardware validation.
