The Conversational AI Modeling and Learning (CAMEL) team is seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer/Machine Learning Engineer to contribute to the development of advanced Generative AI-powered conversational assistant capabilities. This role involves leveraging the latest techniques in AI to enhance conversational agents and requires collaboration with applied scientists and team members. Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards and operations
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Quickly learn the latest technologies and algorithms in Generative AI to build the best conversational agent.
- Develop and maintain key platforms for evaluating and deploying large language models.
- Collaborate with team members to investigate design approaches and prototype new technologies.
- Work closely with applied scientists to process massive data and optimize machine learning models.
- Deliver high-quality software in an Agile/Scrum environment.
