• Strong hands-on experience with FlexLM / FLEXnet licensing, including server configuration and troubleshooting.
• Solid Linux system administration skills, including process management and scripting.
• Experience operating production infrastructure with high availability expectations.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound technical judgment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a related field.

• Own the day-to-day operation and lifecycle management of FlexLM/FLEXnet EDA license servers.
• Diagnose and resolve license availability and performance issues using various tools.
• Partner with EDA tool owners and infrastructure teams to ensure license compliance.
• Improve reliability and observability of license infrastructure through automation and monitoring.
• Lead small to medium-sized projects to enhance licensing workflows and operational scalability.
• Contribute documentation and guidelines to support team knowledge sharing.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for license-related incidents affecting engineering efficiency.
