The role involves installing new tools at customer sites and troubleshooting technical equipment problems related to installation. The KLA Services team, based in Milpitas, CA, focuses on maintaining high performance and productivity of products through a flexible portfolio of services. The selected candidate will work closely with senior engineers and management to address complex issues while managing travel and personal finances. This position is critical in ensuring the successful deployment and operation of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

• ASET minimum degree or equivalent work experience in supporting complex capital equipment for the semiconductor industry is required.
• Ability to work 6 days a week, 10 hours a day.

• Install new tools at customer sites while following all procedures to achieve consistent results.
• Evaluate, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical equipment problems related to installation.
• Prepare field service reports and daily passdowns on installation progress and non-conformances.
• Obtain necessary international travel documents and manage personal life to be ready for extended travel.
• Travel domestically and internationally by commercial transportation to customer sites.
