• One year of experience with concurrency, multithreading, distributed systems, and server architectures.
• One year of experience developing and debugging system-level services in high performance languages including Go or Java.
• One year of experience working with HTTP to build networking communications between services.
• One year of experience implementing containerization and infrastructure as code tools.
• One year of experience implementing performance analysis, debugging, and observability tools using open-source tooling and/or cloud tooling including AWS and GCP.
• One year of experience understanding data structures and algorithms for writing efficient and optimized code.
• One year of experience utilizing knowledge of databases and SQL or NoSQL for storing and retrieving data.
• One year of experience working on version control using tools including Git and GitHub.
