The Head of Customer Engineering for the US Air Force and Navy leads customer engineering teams to provide technical and solution advice that accelerates workload migration. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- 5 years of experience as a pre-sales, solution architecture or engineering manager in a technical, customer-facing role.
- 5 years of experience supporting or selling to Federal Government customers.
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Foster strong partnerships with key customers across the book of business.
- Provide leadership related to cloud, transformation, and relevant industry trends.
- Partner with Google Cloud Sales leadership to define technical go-to-market strategies and execution plans.
- Balance technical leadership with operational excellence by leading workload and opportunity review meetings.
- Lead a team of Customer Engineers for the US Air Force and US Navy customer base.
