• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 3 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

• Collaborate with other teams to optimize performance, improve reliability, and reduce costs of the system powering user journeys in Home.
• Continue growing the strong engineering culture within the team.
• Ensure high engineering quality, reliability, and low latency for critical user journeys like doorbell notifications and broadcast features.
• Work closely with leads in other locations as well as other Google Home teams.
