Job description

NVIDIA is seeking a Hardware Program Manager to join the Memory Subsystem team, focusing on coordinating project stakeholders from initial requirements to silicon delivery. The role emphasizes collaboration with marketing, engineering, and external partners to ensure alignment with company goals. Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 12 years of experience in hardware program management in semiconductor, ASIC, or complex hardware development programs.
  • Excellent program management skills and familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in customer and vendor facing roles.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between all project stakeholders such as marketing, engineering teams, operations, and external silicon partners.
  • Work with project managers and engineers to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
  • Develop and implement hardware methodologies and project management processes and tools.
  • Coordinate execution of complex ASIC programs including memory subsystems and high-speed interfaces.
  • Drive alignment across internal teams and external partners such as DRAM vendors and manufacturing partners.
