The Design Studio within Employee Experience and Productivity (EEP) at Apple is seeking a design leader to manage a team responsible for high-impact employee-facing products. This role involves leading product designers, setting quality standards for design, and collaborating with engineering and product leadership. The team focuses on delivering exceptional enterprise applications that enhance the experience of Apple employees. The position reports to the UX Director and is part of the Employee Experience & Engineering organization.

• 12+ years of product design experience, with at least 7 years managing design teams.
• Experience designing for Apple platforms (iOS, macOS, iPadOS) with an understanding of HIG and native interaction patterns.
• Strong portfolio of shipped enterprise and consumer products demonstrating design quality at scale.
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain high-performing designers.
• Deep craft sensibility in typography, layout, interaction design, motion, and accessibility.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical design practices including privacy, inclusivity, and responsible use of data and AI.
• Experience managing design across multiple concurrent product workstreams.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering and product management partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills at the executive level.
• Experience with enterprise products is a strong plus.
