Job description

The Retail and CPG Industry Solutions Architect Leader at NVIDIA will lead a team focused on AI technical engagements in the Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Quick Service Restaurants sectors. This role involves developing industry strategies and driving customer adoption of NVIDIA technologies through architecture work and Proof Of Concept support. The ideal candidate will have experience in GenAI and GPU computing, and will be responsible for coaching and developing Solutions Architects. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this position.

Requirements

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in technical leadership and people management roles within the technology industry.
  • 8+ overall years of work related experience in AI and Machine Learning.
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA technologies.
  • Outstanding people-management skills.
  • Strong time-management and organization skills.
  • Success in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and grow the Retail Industry team of Solutions Architects.
  • Develop overall industry strategy and align the Solution Architect team.
  • Assist field business development in leading technical relationships with key customers.
  • Hire, onboard, train, and develop new Solutions Architects.
  • Coach Solutions Architects in conducting training sessions.
  • Drive NVIDIA's AI and GPU accelerated platform adoption.
  • Step into a Solutions Architect role when required to support customers.
