Job description

The role involves leading and evolving global electrical engineering standards and design guidelines within KLA's Global Workplace Services team. This team is dedicated to enhancing workplace environments that support innovation and productivity across a diverse facilities portfolio. The position focuses on ensuring consistency and compliance in electrical designs for capital projects and critical facility improvements. Additionally, the role supports renewable energy initiatives and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve facility performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Minimum eight years of experience in electrical engineering with direct responsibility for power distribution and critical power systems.
  • Strong knowledge of medium- and low-voltage distribution systems and backup power infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with applicable electrical codes and standards such as NEC, NFPA, IEEE, IEC, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively across regions, functions, and time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve global electrical engineering standards, specifications, and design guidelines.
  • Review electrical designs for capital projects and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Guide technical strategy for power distribution and critical power infrastructure.
