The Core OS EPM team at Apple is looking for an experienced manager to lead a team of project managers focused on delivering critical power initiatives across all Apple products. This role involves collaborating with various teams, including software and hardware, to enhance the power experience for both new and existing hardware. The manager will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing a team of Engineering Project Managers. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills to drive complex projects and meet ambitious goals.

• 5+ years of project management experience
• 2+ years of experience managing project managers
• Experience in driving large cross-functional efforts across software, hardware, silicon, and quality assurance
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire team members
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, consultation, and organizational skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in leading and enhancing existing processes and engineering new processes at scale
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Desirable experience in power, thermals, battery life, performance, and charging

• Lead a team of Engineering Project Managers to drive complex projects
• Collaborate with UI and System Experience teams to deliver exciting features
• Partner with other program management teams to improve project delivery at scale
• Inspire and develop team members to achieve ambitious power and performance goals
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams including SWE, Product Design, and Platform Architecture
