• Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of industry experience with 5+ years in technical leadership or managing software/AI teams.
• Proven experience managing teams building ML/AI systems, including fine-tuning LLMs and multi-agent frameworks.
• Strong technical foundation in software engineering, particularly in Python and system design.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering production-grade AI applications.

• Manage and grow a team building agentic AI solutions.
• Provide technical direction and strategic leadership in the design and deployment of AI applications.
• Oversee development of retrieval and generation algorithms for enterprise data.
• Partner closely with engineering, research, and product teams to deliver LLM-powered solutions.
