Requirements
- Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 6+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles OR Bachelor's degree in the same fields AND 8+ years experience in similar roles OR equivalent experience.
- Semiconductor and Memory Industry experience.
- Deep understanding of DRAM, NAND, SSD technologies, including roadmaps and qualification processes.
- Ability to analyze supplier capabilities, cost structures, and capacity planning.
- Experience creating multi-year sourcing strategies aligned with cost, quality, and sustainability goals.
- Skilled in structuring long-term agreements, volume frameworks, and price/mix strategies.
- Solid analytical skills for interpreting market signals and supplier performance metrics.
- Effective communication with engineering, finance, and leadership teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of memory commodities and mentor sourcing engineers.
- Own executive-level supplier governance and engage with CEOs.
- Set multi-year category strategy for memory components.
- Drive cross-commodity and cross-organizational decisions with VP+ stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with memory suppliers up to CEO levels.
- Monitor DRAM and NAND technology roadmaps and market trends.
- Assess competitive positioning and qualification timelines for emerging memory technologies.
- Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Plan and implement resiliency strategies to secure supply and mitigate risks.
- Implement process optimization initiatives for sourcing workflows.
