The role involves leading the design and development of server products within the AWS Hardware Engineering team. Requirements
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of designing or architecting new and existing systems experience
- 5+ years of administrative experience in networking, storage systems, and operating systems
- Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals including networking and storage
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Ruby
- Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
- Experience with general troubleshooting/debugging of hardware
- Experience in developing functional specifications and test procedures
- Experience working in an Agile environment using the Scrum methodology
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the design and development of server products.

- Monitor the quality of servers post-launch to ensure they meet customer requirements.
