Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience programming in C++.
- 5 years of experience with design and architecture, and testing/launching software products.
- Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
Responsibilities
- Offer technical oversight and direction across the portfolio and projects.
- Engage with teams on technical issues, including design reviews, architecture choices, code contributions, and debugging.
- Mentor and coach project teams, promoting good engineering practices and improving the technical quality of projects.
- Define, refine, and help implement practices and processes for technical execution and review within the iteration models.
- Develop and promote a technical strategy to increase the success rate and impact of the Innovation Accelerator programs.
- Collaborate with Technical Leads/Managers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to grow the scope and impact of the program.
