Requirements
- 8+ years of technical engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years of technical engineering experience
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years of technical engineering experience
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
Responsibilities
- Empower a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspects of data center activities.
- Work with commissioning teams to properly test and validate installation, operation, and performance of electrical systems.
- Understand the design and functionality of the datacenter.
- Support 24x7x365 on-site datacenter operations and electrical infrastructure.
- Act as the technical authority for on-site operations related to large-scale mission-critical electrical systems.
- Establish and coordinate maintenance and safety procedures, maintaining highly redundant electrical designs.
- Manage the electrical infrastructures throughout the datacenter campus.
