Tesla is seeking a Senior Revenue Analyst to manage global automotive revenue accounting and reporting. The role involves overseeing the month-end revenue close, collaborating with various business units, and ensuring compliance with GAAP revenue recognition. Ideal candidates will have experience in a fast-paced public company environment and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Evidence of exceptional ability
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience (Big 4 public accounting, CPA)
• Fluent knowledge of US GAAP (specifically revenue recognition)
• Desire to work in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Ability to balance multiple projects with aggressive timelines

• Manage accounting systems, processes and best practices for global revenue streams
• Responsible for the monthly revenue close, which includes detailed analytics, review of transaction processing, and SEC reporting
• Design of automation solutions to further streamline real-time financial data for decision making
• Prepare management reports including I/S and B/S flux analysis, revenue & gross margin metrics and many ad hoc projects
