Job description

The VP of Engineering for Business Experiences & Platform at Meta will lead teams focused on advertising platform innovations, driving strategy across product and platform engineering. Requirements

  • 15+ years of technical industry experience
  • 10+ years of experience managing engineering teams
  • Experience as VP or C-level of an engineering organization at a company operating at scale
  • Experience managing and scaling organizations
  • Experience in initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Experience analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging data to make business decisions
