• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years related experience OR Master's Degree in the same fields AND 3+ years related experience OR Doctorate in the same fields AND 1+ year(s) related experience OR equivalent experience.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.

• Develop novel speech algorithms to advance state-of-the-art speech technologies for real world user scenarios.
• Address scalability problems by adjusting to stakeholder needs.
• Work with large-scale computing frameworks, data analysis systems, and modeling environments to improve models.
• Apply the model to real products and verify effects through iterations.
• Experiment by putting multiple models in production and evaluating their performance.
