NVIDIA is seeking a Senior ASIC AI Engineer to develop high-performance Agentic AI systems aimed at enhancing GPU ASIC design flows. This position allows for significant impact within a dynamic, tech-driven environment. The role involves leveraging the latest AI frameworks to innovate in GPU hardware design. • BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields with 5+ years of experience, or MS with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Direct experience with AI-driven development, including coding agents and Agentic workflows.
• Proficiency in AI orchestration tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex and reasoning methodologies.
• Experience with System Verilog, RTL, and hardware description language.
• A good understanding of ASIC flow including RTL, verification, logic synthesis, and timing analysis.
• Familiarity with computer architecture concepts and implementation of caches, arbitration, scheduling policies, and interconnects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams.

• Develop AI powered methodologies and Agents to generate micro-architecture, RTL, and physical design starting with specification.
• Use AI agents to process large data and existing codebase to generate widely applicable skills.
• Evaluate the latest Multi-agent collaboration frameworks to create area, power, timing, and functionally accurate designs for memory system units in the GPU.
• Collaborate with architects, hardware engineers, and physical design engineers to achieve project goals.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI workflows into existing design flows.
