Job description
The Ads Engineering Project Management team at Apple is seeking a senior Engineering Program Manager to manage complex programs and drive outcomes across the Ads Client Engineering organization. This role involves collaborating with engineers and architects to enhance client experiences on Apple platforms while ensuring adherence to privacy and security standards. Requirements
- Proven experience in digital advertising, particularly with iOS client advertising platforms and mobile ad experiences.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles such as Technical Project Manager, Technical Product Owner, Engineering Manager, or Solution Architect.
- Experience working with a client engineering team.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead the project planning, delivery, work breakdowns, resource planning, and day-to-day project management using suitable methodologies.
- Apply knowledge of architectures to plan, drive, and deliver key initiatives related to Ads Client Engineering platforms and cross-functional advertising programs.
- Drive complex cross-functional programs across multiple engineering organizations, owning end-to-end delivery including milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Partner with EPM, Engineering, and Product teams to identify product and technical requirements, leading the team through project dependencies and delivery milestones.
- Lead iOS release readiness across the Client Engineering portfolio, coordinating cross-program dependencies and driving resolution before they impact schedule.
