Arcadis is seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer to join their team in Nashville, TN, focusing on delivering bridge projects and enhancing transportation infrastructure. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- 10+ years of bridge design experience
- Experience working with state DOT standards, preferably TDOT
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Tennessee or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver bridge and structural projects, providing technical direction and overseeing compliance with DOT and AASHTO LRFD standards.
- Utilize advanced tools for bridge design and analysis to develop high-quality engineering solutions.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with accountability for technical delivery, schedule, budget, and risk.
- Mentor multidisciplinary teams and foster a collaborative project environment.
- Perform and oversee bridge inspections and load ratings, delivering accurate reports and recommendations.
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Support business development initiatives, including proposals and client engagement.
