Job description

The Strategic Operations Program Manager at Apple is responsible for ensuring ramp readiness, product launch, and ongoing operations throughout the product lifecycle. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • A Master's in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus.
  • A Master's of Business Administration or Engineering Management is a plus.
  • Strong program management and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Knowledge of business processes and product cost drivers is essential.
  • Experience leading operations or related experience is necessary.
  • Good people management skills and the ability to drive consensus are required.
  • Detail-oriented with analytical skills for complete project ownership.
  • Strong cross-functional teamwork and interpersonal skills are needed.
  • Ability to define processes and requirements under ambiguous conditions.
  • Proficiency in using data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to prioritize and communicate or negotiate changes to project timelines while supporting project goals.
