Job description

The Senior Technical Program Manager role at Microsoft Digital focuses on driving tenant onboarding of Microsoft 365 services within the internal IT organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Technical program management experience, with at least the most recent role driving programs that span multiple engineering teams.
  • A track record of personally delivering complex programs to completion.
  • Stakeholder management experience across engineering, business, and operational audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive tenant onboarding programs of significant complexity end to end across multiple engineering teams.
  • Make ambiguous problem statements and turn them into structured programs with clear paths to delivery.
  • Manage stakeholders across Microsoft 365 product engineering, internal business groups, security organizations, and internal IT leadership.
  • Deliver in high stakes scenarios while managing risk, escalations, and tradeoffs.
  • Run program rhythms including status updates, milestone reviews, and executive readouts.
