Job description
As a Cellular System Engineer, you will engage in the architecture stages of innovative cellular SoCs and work with various teams to design, implement, verify, validate, and productize sophisticated transceiver architectures. This role focuses on the pre- and post-silicon bring-up and validation of end-to-end cellular systems. You will map system algorithms and requirements to hardware and firmware architecture while utilizing simulation and emulation for validation. Requirements
- BS degree and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.
- Strong understanding of communication theory and signal processing.
- Proficiency in Matlab, Python, and C/C++ for analysis and automation scripting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a multi-functional environment.
- MSEE or beyond is preferred.
- Experience in the design and bring-up of wireless communication systems, particularly cellular systems.
- Strong technical background in 5G-NR/LTE/UMTS (3G/2G) physical layer and protocols.
- Hands-on experience applying AI/ML techniques on real-world data sets.
- Experience with silicon prototyping, emulation systems, and virtual platforms is a plus.
