This position requires a strong background in ServiceNow administration and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • 3+ years of direct experience working with customers to understand requirements and implementing information technology solutions.
  • 3+ years of direct experience with the ServiceNow platform as an administrator, developer, and/or comparable role.
  • 3+ years experience customizing ServiceNow visual interfaces with HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
  • 3+ years with IT service management and user support.
  • 1+ years experience developing applications for ServiceNow.
  • 1+ years with scripting automation for administration, configuration, and data processing using Python, Javascript, Shell, or other contemporary scripting runtimes.
  • 1+ years extending ServiceNow functionality through contemporary integration with resources such as RESTful or SOAP APIs.
  • Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and configure modules, implement workflows, and provide technical support for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user and service issues while optimizing performance of ServiceNow and its integrations.
  • Create and modify forms, fields, tables, and UI elements using JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Build and maintain 1st and 3rd party integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data analytics tools to improve decision-making and service delivery.
  • Train and mentor team members and other adjacent teams on ServiceNow practices.

Benefits

  • Employees at Amazon are often offered comprehensive health benefits—including multiple medical plan options (no pre-existing condition exclusions, 100% covered in-network preventive care), dental and vision plans, a 24/7 medical advice line from day one, expert second-opinion services, and broad mental-health support with several free counseling sessions (including pediatric). Financial wellness typically includes a 401(k) with company match (up to 2%), Restricted Stock Units (equity), FSAs, an emergency savings program, product and partner discounts, and even college-savings and home-purchase programs. Overall, the package is designed to support employees and their families’ health, finances, and day-to-day life.
