  • 3 years of experience troubleshooting across Linux and networking.
  • 5 years of experience with Linux operating systems internals and administration.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and develop recommendations for systems and services.
  • Improve operations work and reduce support toil by implementing automation and process improvements.
  • Scale systems sustainably through automation and push for changes that improve reliability and velocity.
  • Work with customers and developers to define distributed systems requirements and propose solutions.
  • Participate in limited on-call rotation and monitor production distributed computing infrastructure.
