• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or product engineering of cloud hardware technology or electronic hardware systems.
• 5 years of experience working on PCB assembly, design validation, component qualification, data analysis, and scripting.
• 5 years of experience interacting with and manipulating data using SQL.

• Own the overall product quality process from development to successful deployment and production at scale.
• Develop predictive failure models using advanced statistical methods and track key quality metrics.
• Lead the resolution of product issues during manufacturing and field operations using structured problem-solving techniques.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and management to distill technical information into clear presentations.
• Develop and execute the overall product quality strategy and assurance plans for next-generation AI hardware systems.
