As an Amazon Critical Infrastructure Engineer, you will provide full life-cycle support to AWS Data Centers, ensuring their design, operation, and maintenance meet high standards. You will collaborate with diverse teams to troubleshoot issues, develop innovative solutions, and lead engineering audits. • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of experience with industrial, municipal, or commercial engineering, particularly in data centers or related sectors
• Experience as a resident engineer or hands-on design consultant
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment related to data centers
• Possess data analytics skills and comfort with working in large datasets

• Troubleshoot site and equipment failures and conduct Root Cause Analysis.
• Support operational issues with training and complex procedure reviews.
• Own the conceptual design for data center upgrades and solutions.
• Interface with various internal teams to promote service consistency.
• Initiate and lead engineering audits, producing reports with risk assessments.
• Act as resident engineer during new construction projects.
