The Engineering Manager for Operations Intelligence at Google will lead a newly created team focused on automating content management and support processes. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 3 years of experience with full-stack development, including back-end languages such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ and front-end technologies like JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and manage an engineering team focused on content automation.
- Define and drive the technical strategy, roadmap, and architecture for content automation systems.
- Oversee the end-to-end software development life-cycle for the team.
- Partner with content strategists, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
- Advocate engineering best practices and drive high standards for code quality and system design.
