• 4+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, systems engineering, systems administration, DevOps, security administration, or network administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
• Experience in systems engineering and site reliability engineering.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Perl, PHP, Ruby, Bash, or Shell.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols such as HTTP and DNS.
• Experience designing and developing scripts to automate operational tasks.
• Experience working in a 24/7 production environment.
• Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and web services.

• Investigate new ways to improve operations and define solutions for complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with the development team to automate manual tasks and enhance fleet maintenance.
• Identify and resolve issues that impact major services before they affect customers.
