We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud professional with a strong focus on Payroll functionality. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end Payroll operations, ensuring seamless processes and system improvements. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and support enhancements. The candidate will also lead testing efforts during quarterly releases and drive continuous improvements in Payroll processes.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
- Strong expertise in Payroll configuration including elements, fast formulas, balances, and payroll flows
- Experience troubleshooting complex Payroll-related issues and performing root cause analysis
- Working knowledge of Time & Labor and Absence modules
- Experience supporting UAT and Oracle quarterly release testing
- Ability to partner with business stakeholders and translate requirements into system solutions
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Oracle HCM Payroll functionality, including configuration, maintenance, and optimization
- Troubleshoot and resolve Payroll, Time, and Absence issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
- Partner with business teams to gather requirements and deliver enhancements
- Lead and support testing efforts during quarterly releases, including UAT validation and production readiness
- Drive continuous improvements in Payroll processes, automation, and system efficiency
