This role is part of the AI & Strategic Partner Engineering team, which focuses on creating deep integrations between AWS and strategic partners. The team is dedicated to pioneering AI-driven automation and building secure, scalable architectures for enterprise workloads. Candidates should be self-starters with a passion for innovation and collaboration.

• 7+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• Experience as a mentor or tech lead in an engineering team.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning and LLM fundamentals.
• Experience with the full software development life cycle, including coding standards and operational excellence.
• Experience in creating and deploying autonomous AI agents into production systems.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
