Job description
The Senior Digital Design Engineer will join the Semi-Custom Silicon products group at NVIDIA, focusing on NVLink Fusion technology for AI infrastructure System-on-Chips. This role involves collaborating with a team of engineers to analyze architectural requirements and deliver high-performance RTL blocks. The position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in a leading technology company. Candidates should have a strong background in ASIC design and high-speed connectivity protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with high-speed connectivity protocols such as NVLink, PCI-Express, Ethernet, and UCIE.
- Proven track record of delivering high bandwidth datapath blocks.
- Deep understanding of ASIC design flows and methodology.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze architectural requirements and perform trade-off analysis for implementation.
- Deliver high performance, area and power efficient RTL blocks.
- Craft micro-architecture specifications and implement in high-quality RTL.
- Collaborate with chip architects, verification engineers, and SoC integration engineers.
- Identify potential IP solutions for specific use cases and assist in their integration.
