Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin, or Go.
- 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
- 3 years of experience leading eye tracking system design and optimizing across hardware/software.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience integrating generative AI tools or Large Language Model (LLM) interfaces into workflows.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects and guide the eye tracking system design for XR.
- Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers.
- Facilitate alignment and clarity across collaborating engineering teams and external partners.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Influence and contribute to perception algorithms design and implementation.
- Write robust, reliable, efficient, and testable software designed to run on compute-constrained android devices.
