The Senior UX Researcher at Google will join the GP Studio team, focusing on enhancing partnership health through AI and automation tools. This role involves collaborating with Engineering and Product Management to gather insights that inform product development. The researcher will conduct various primary research methods to understand user behaviors and motivations. The position requires navigating complex enterprise ecosystems to identify opportunities for AI to improve workflows and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in an applied research setting.
- Experience with research methods such as usability studies and contextual inquiries.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative user research and user experience measurement.
- Experience conducting research within complex enterprise or internal tool ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a clear, prioritized research plan aligned with GP Studio strategy.
- Lead foundational and evaluative research studies to understand the pain points of GP Googlers.
- Identify specific opportunities where AI can improve decision quality and execution efficiency.
- Partner closely with PMs and Engineering to translate Global Partnerships workflows into actionable product requirements.
- Create high-quality artifacts that clarify the motivations and constraints of various users across Global Partnerships.
