The position requires collaboration with customers and internal divisions to enhance the functionality of reticle inspectors. Candidates will engage in various pre-sales activities and provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Master's Level Degree with 0 years of related work experience or Bachelor's Level Degree with 2 years of related work experience.

• Provide technical applications support for the development and implementation of KLA reticle and photomask inspection systems.
• Conduct acceptance tests, customer training, recipe setup, project execution, and alpha/beta testing.
• Assist marketing and Account Sales in assessing potential applications of company products to meet customer needs.
• Provide follow-up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications.
• Escalate field applications issues to the product division and follow up for issue resolution.
• Work with customers and divisions to improve the benefits of reticle inspectors.
• Generate best known methods, project summary reports, customer use case summaries, and product value pitch information.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
