The role involves providing technical applications support for KLA's reticle and photomask inspection systems. The Global Products Group is focused on developing metrology and inspection products for the semiconductor industry. The position requires collaboration with customers and internal divisions to enhance the functionality of reticle inspectors. Candidates will engage in various pre-sales activities and provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Master's Level Degree with 0 years of related work experience or Bachelor's Level Degree with 2 years of related work experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical applications support for the development and implementation of KLA reticle and photomask inspection systems.
- Conduct acceptance tests, customer training, recipe setup, project execution, and alpha/beta testing.
- Assist marketing and Account Sales in assessing potential applications of company products to meet customer needs.
- Provide follow-up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications.
- Escalate field applications issues to the product division and follow up for issue resolution.
- Work with customers and divisions to improve the benefits of reticle inspectors.
- Generate best known methods, project summary reports, customer use case summaries, and product value pitch information.
- Travel to customer sites as required.
