The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will lead the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of complex manufacturing processes at our Jamestown, NY location. This role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in manufacturing operations. The engineer will provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and technicians, driving process improvements and the adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies. This position is 100% onsite and requires a strong technical foundation in engineering.

• A degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field is required.
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly engineering is expected.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is highly valuable.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Hands-on experience with CNC metal cutting and processing equipment is preferred.

• Lead end-to-end execution of assigned manufacturing projects, ensuring all safety, quality, and production requirements are achieved.
• Apply advanced manufacturing principles to design, optimize, and implement processes that meet business and product goals.

• Utilize continuous improvement methodologies and ensure alignment with manufacturing standards and operating practices.

• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver on specific project assignments and timelines.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge in manufacturing principles to guide strategic process decisions.
