• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• At least 10+ years of project experience in the design of Life Science facilities, preferably in an EPCM environment
• Working knowledge of current cGMP regulations and best practices

• Lead a Process team to establish process design basis and develop process options.
• Calculate and organize data for process flow sheets and develop P&IDs.
• Mentor junior team members to help them grow and discover their purpose.
• Ensure accountability for process budget, schedule, and technical quality of engineering tasks.
