Morgan Stanley is seeking an experienced Engineer for blockchain engineering projects within the Middle Office of the Wealth Management Technology Division. This role focuses on building scalable, secure, and regulatory-compliant solutions for digital assets and decentralized finance. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in blockchain systems with strong leadership skills to deliver enterprise-grade products. The team is dynamic and fast-paced, emphasizing innovation and collaboration to support customer digital journeys.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with Solidity, Go or similar languages for blockchain and back-end development within an enterprise production environment.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade software systems at scale.
• 3+ years in blockchain and tokenization strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain architecture, consensus algorithms, smart contracts, and cryptographic primitives.

• Execute the engineering roadmap for blockchain infrastructure, tokenization platforms, and digital asset services.
• Participate in design, architecture, and implementation of blockchain-based solutions, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams to define technical requirements.
• Implement and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and security.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging standards, and evolving regulatory frameworks in digital assets.
