The Systems Development Engineer role at AWS focuses on building and delivering next-generation cloud computing security solutions. • Bachelor's degree or CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional)
• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 1+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems
• Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals including networking, storage, and operating systems
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above
• Experience with PowerShell, Python, Ruby, or Java
• Experience working in an Agile environment using the Scrum methodology
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Ruby
• 7+ years of administrative experience in networking, storage systems, operating systems, and hands-on systems engineering experience

• Execute projects and resolve issues while working closely with empowered engineers.
