This position is for experienced software engineers to join the Amazon Aurora Storage platform team, focusing on building large-scale database services in the cloud. The role involves designing and developing significant software components that impact AWS database services used by hundreds of thousands of users. Candidates will work in a fast-paced environment, mentoring other engineers while delivering high-quality code. Requirements
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
- 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
- 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle, including coding standards and code reviews
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
