Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or A+ or CND or Network+ or Security+ certification.
- 4+ years of experience with highly scalable systems.
- Experience in compute and storage server architecture and design for large scale applications.
- Experience in managing or implementing system health, performance monitoring, capacity planning, or process improvement and automation.
- Understanding of functional programming concepts.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Support AWS service operations while adhering to security and compliance standards.
- Investigate operational issues and work on service builds.
- Support customer cases and develop technical expertise.
- Identify potential problems and implement solutions to prevent outages.
- Prioritize projects effectively and improve customer experience.
