The Apple Store Online is seeking a Sr. QA Automation Engineer to join their Operations team, focusing on quality validation for the Apple Store Online and related platforms. This role involves driving the implementation and maintenance of scalable test automation frameworks to enhance the customer experience. Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in quality engineering as a QA Engineer or SDET.
- Strong background in coding and implementing scalable automation frameworks.
- Deep expertise with modern scripting languages such as Python and Node.js.
- Experience with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins.
- Proficiency with Software Version Control systems like Git.
- Experience with API testing and familiarity with server architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Deep knowledge of Agentic AI and LLM driven test frameworks.
- 3+ years of proven ability in machine learning, including hands-on work with LLMs.
Responsibilities
- Own the building of content validation test automation frameworks and tools.
- Drive adoption of automation frameworks through cross-functional partnerships.
- Continuously improve the quality of information and experience for customers.
- Create scalable simulation systems for testing.
- Test AI models for accuracy, robustness, fairness, and performance.
- Develop LLM based automated evaluation frameworks.
