The Senior Technical Program Manager for AI Execution Architecture will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs within the Customer Experience and Success organization. This role requires deep technical engagement and collaboration with engineering, product, and business partners to drive execution and ensure release readiness. The team focuses on leveraging AI and automation to enhance program management and delivery outcomes. Candidates should be comfortable navigating evolving requirements and shaping processes in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code.
- Demonstrated ability to engage in technical discussions and understand system architectures.
- Proven ability to translate ambiguity into clear, structured decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own program delivery end-to-end by serving as a TPM for cross-functional programs.
- Drive technical execution at scale by maintaining integrated program plans and managing dependencies.
- Establish and track success metrics for program health and efficiency.
- Apply AI to accelerate execution and improve delivery outcomes.
- Define processes and create frameworks for AI-augmented delivery.
- Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
